Expression of Interest

Instructions:

The following expression of interest form outlines the details of Eco-West Canada’s program for the installation of level two electric vehicle-charging stations.

Step 1: Potential applicants should express their interest for the funding program for eligibility screening purposes. Applicants should either submit their interest for the program by sending an email to the following address: zev@eco-ouest.com or by filling out this online form.

Step 2: Eligible applicants that have submitted their interest to participate in EWC’s funding program will subsequently need to fill out an Application Form. The Application Form will be distributed to all interested applicants deemed eligible.

Step 3: Engagement Letter/ Funding agreement. EWC’s independent evaluation committee will review all Application Form submitted and will invite selected applicants to sign the Letter of Engagement/ Funding Agreement. The applicant and EWC must execute the Letter of Engagement prior to initiating any work on the project.

Queries and clarifications – It is the responsibility of the interested party to obtain clarification of any terms, conditions or technical requirements for participation in the program. Any questions or requests for clarification during the solicitation period must be submitted in writing (e-mail) by the primary contact of the proponent to the project coordinator, zev@eco-ouest.com.

Step 4: Project Completion. Once the Letter of Engagement is fully executed, project funding is formally held, and the project may begin. The project must be completed within twelve (12) months of signing the Letter of Engagement.
